Building Information – Reflections , Indian Rocks Beach
The South Tower was constructed in 1981 and the North Tower was completed in 1986. The condos share a common lobby and parking, and offer amenities including direct beach frontage on the Gulf, a beachside pool with spa and huge sundeck, barbeque area and tennis courts. Quiet Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful barrier island community bordering the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico along Florida’s Gulf Coast. A relatively small town just under 1 sq. mile, Indian Rocks Beach is known for its charming atmosphere and panoramic beaches.
Divided by Gulf Boulevard, the main thoroughfare, Indian Rocks Beach has two coasts. Its eastern side features canals and Intracoastal Waterway frontage. The western side offers sandy Gulf beaches and a variety of homes, beach cottages, high rise condos and a few businesses.
Indian Rocks Beach connects to the mainland and the city of Largo via the Walsingham Bridge. To the north lies famous Clearwater Beach and the prestigious community of Belleair Beach. Indian Rocks Beach is set aside from the hustle and bustle of coastal tourist areas, but is convenient to Florida’s famous theme parks, and the cities of Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa. Visitors and residents take advantage of many beach accesses, a nature preserve, city parks, boat slips, and recreational water activities.
